Refund Policy

Returns:

If an item arrives damaged or for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, the item may be returned within the stated period.

Our 30-day policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if thirty days have passed since your purchase.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.

Should you like to return your item, please mail it to Mediment Instruments at 55 W 22nd St, Ste #130, Unit #15, Lombard, Illinois 60148 USA.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
